So far, 2013 has been a horrible year for football superstars and commercials. First off, Lionel Messi stars in a weird japanese face wash commercial. The dude even speaks Japanese at the end, it's so bizarre but the fact that it's japanese totally makes it legit. You say to yourself "What the fuck is this shit?" but then get back to your senses and say "It's Japanese, it's all good". Now, Joe Hart and Iker Casillas on the other hand (after the Messi ad)...
Head & Shoulders have developed a fucking terrible idea for their international ad campaign. It's so bad it makes me wonder if this was done internally and not by an ad agency...if it was an ad agency, they should stop what they're doing and move to Slab City or something. There's also a spanish version with Iker Casillas.
