It's not our usual post but hey, I know you're good for it. Metronomy,Fleet Foxes, TVOR each released a new single. Both making totally unrelated music, but I guess they deserve more spotlight. They're unrelated Son,but it's a good opportunity to widen your horizon: they're all amazing.
The new single from Fleet Foxes, Battery Kinzie, is the second one we get to hear since they'd already given us Helplessness Blues for free . New album, out on May 3rd, if it's as good as the first one, prepare to be delighted. From what I see now, they haven't lost that folk touch we love.
In a totally different tone, we have the first single of Metronomy's new album The English Riviera (TBA). If you don't know them, picture them as the illegitimate son between 80s synth music and modern indie rock... just listen and watch this little video.
You're probably wondering or already guess what TVOR stands for: TV on the Radio. New single, new video, new album, Nine Types of Light, out April 12th. I must have lost by now so just enjoy the video!
Nuff' said!
Thanks to PMA for Fleet Foxes, Hypetrak for Metronomy and Onethirtybpm for TVOR!
